Unused, unopened stock in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are not a custom or special order. Please contact us with your invoice number before returning any goods — items sent back without prior confirmation cannot be processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned stock is verified.

Orders within Bengaluru are typically delivered same-day to next-day. Across South India — see our Areas We Serve page for Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kochi and Vijayawada — delivery usually takes 1-2 business days by road transport. Other parts of India take longer depending on the courier or transport partner used. Shipping cost depends on order size and destination and is confirmed at the time of quote.
